Waitlist policies

• 1. Spaces at Montrose are allocated on the following priority basis:
  • Children of teenage parents enrolled in the TDSB
  • ​Siblings of children in the centre​
  • Children of staff​
• 2.When spaces become available in our centre, we place children from the community in those spaces based on the needs of the centre (to have an appropriate balance of ages in each room at all times), so spaces are not always filled on a 1st come, 1st served basis.
• 3.Applications will be removed from our waiting list after six months if no contact (telephone calls or emails) has been made between the applicant and Montrose. We ask you to check in with us every 5-6 months to let us know that you are still interested in being on our waitlist or to ask any questions that you may have about childcare.
