Infant room staff
My name is Nancy and I’ve been working at Montrose since 2001. Through these years I’ve had the opportunity to work with all age groups and Montrose has become my second home. I’m so happy to be working now in the infant room and being able to watch all the infants grow and develop is so rewarding. I also enjoy substituting in the kitchen and being the cook of the day when Joseph is off. When I’m not at work I love to be home and enjoy all my time with my family.
Hi, my name is Michelle and I have been working at Montrose Child Care Centre for ten years now. Montrose was one of my field placements while I attended George Brown College and I always knew I wanted to become a part of the team. I am currently working in the Infant room alongside some amazing and supportive room partners. To be able to see children grow and witness so many milestones is the most incredible feeling. Montrose has become a huge part of my life and I am happy to have my son who is currently enrolled in the school age program here as well. We are both grateful to be a part of this community!

In my spare time I spend lots of time with my family.

Hi, I’m Joseph, a Grenadian-Canadian. My roots at Montrose are deep. My daughter attended the daycare from infant room to school age room and the school from kindergarten to grade six. I’ve proudly been the cook at Montrose for more than 25 years. I love cooking and I love to see the smiling faces of the kids enjoying the meals I make for them. I cook from scratch and with heart.
